Insuraway Insurance Agency is an insurance agency. Through this Site, we provide online quotes and enrollment into plans provided by third-party partners across the country. Third-party partners include insurance companies, Insuraway’s marketing partners, and affiliates with whom we may share your information. Please see the Privacy Policy for more details.

Through Insuraway.com, all insurance applications are processed through Insuraway Insurance Agency to assist them in finding the right coverage for themselves and their families.

Any quotes provided on the Site or over the phone are non-binding. The final insurance premium for any policy is determined following an application by the underwriting insurance company. Insurance plans and their availability may vary by state. The third-party insurance plans offered through the Site are only available in the jurisdictions in which we are properly licensed.

Your use of Insuraway.com is subject to Insuraway Insurance Agency Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting Insuraway.com or sending emails to Insuraway Insurance Agency constitutes electronic communications. Insuraway Insurance Agency reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, is Insuraway Insurance Agency’s sole discretion.

If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Insuraway Insurance Agency Content accessed through Obamaplans.org in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Insuraway Insurance Agency, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
